You can track your order in the app under my order section.

Can I order products to a different location?
Yes. You can order for your relatives, friends, near and dears from your location and products will be delivered to your ordered destination.

Can I schedule my order?
Yes, you can prefix your product delivery schedule and products will be delivered accordingly.

How can I cancel my order?
Prior to dispatch you can cancel your order in the app/website itself under my order section.

What if I want to return something?
If you are not happy or satisfied of the products you can return the same at the time of delivery and we will not ask any questions.

How can I be sure that I get quality products?
We have a quality check process in place to ensure quality and hygiene of the products we deliver. We focus quality of our products are good and up to the mark as per food safety guidelines.

How can I make payment?
You can make payments through online, using credit and debit cards, net banking and UPI Do you charge any amount or taxes in addition to the amounts mentioned in the app/website?
No, we don’t charge anything more than what is mentioned in the app.

How much time it takes for refund of my money if I cancelled my order?
